SHIPPING TIME:
Tags are usually sent out within 48 hours after you place your order. If within the US, first class orders will take approximately 5 - 7 business days to arrive. All orders placed Fridays after 5pm Eastern, will be sent out the following monday. Please understand that some packages may take more than the usual 7 days to arrive if they are sent out First class Mail.
WARRANTY:
All tags have a one year warranty. If your pet's tag breaks, send it back and I will repair or replace it for free.
RETURNS:
All of my tags are guaranteed... I guarantee you will love your pet's tag, or you can return it for a full refund!
Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of package receipt for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Tag must be returned without any damage to them. Please contact me at info@blingbling4pets.com for any returns.
CANCELLATIONS:
If order has not been shipped out yet, all cancellation refunds will be issued immediately. If package has already been mailed, please return the items for a refund. Once I receive your package then I will refund your purchase money. Any packages lost in the mail have a 30 day waiting period from the day it shipped in order to refund any money (sometimes mail takes longer than anticipated).
What to do if information on tag is incorrect or you received the wrong tag: Please return the tag to the return address provided, and contact me at info@blingbling4pets.com and I will be more than happy to fix any mistakes free of charge.
